CIOO (Law) has been assisting the various departments within the Ministry to implement strategic ICT programmes that significantly improve their operations. These have resulted in departments becoming more efficient, effective and responsive. With the departments operating as Autonomous Agencies, these improvements have taken on an even greater significance. The ICT programmes also empower the departments in better decision making to deliver enhanced services to the public.
